Delivery
Most items are made to order or commissioned. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery, however items can arrive sooner than this.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please return item within 10 days for a full refund, or an exchange, providing the item/s are in perfect condition. Unfortunately I will not be able to refund the price of the postage cost.
Environmental policy
Ink and ocean endeavor to make this site and business practices as eco friendly as possible. All paper stationary are printed on recycled paper. The website is carbon offsetted. I endeavor to recycle packaging where possible and will continue to review policies to provide a good service to the customer as well as having ethical practices.
